Locally sourced brisket, chuck and short rib 100% beef burger patty, ‘Sauce Shop’ burger sauce, gherkins, caramelised red onion chutney and mozzarella on our signature tomato base.

Storage Instructions:
If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C/ 200°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.
2. Keep baking paper but seperate calzones and place on a baking tray.
3. Cook in the center of the oven for 18 - 22 minutes (piping hot throughout).
